in Microelectronics department, our team design junction field effect transistor (FET) for military use. I joined the team to manufacture semiconductor Microelectronics fabrication equipments. I also team member to make semiconductor power supplies and many types of transistors, divided by the applied voltage. in applied electronics department, our team design for avitronics areas, my contribution is in Upgrade of the Beidou satellite differential positioning monitoring system, we use mcu and fpga a lot. we also develop boards for internet of things remote smart control, with CPU-level microchip integrated.
I do products like aircraft phone modules,ear phones on planes. the products are tested and integrated into hardware environment of big aircraft avitronics system developed in Chengdu cetc 10 research institute (cetc tian'ao electronics technologies Inc., website:10.cetc.com.cn ) I design the schematics for the products, I also do rs232 and rs485 telecommunications. we also bid for fund, I do projects of: 1, power supply board schematics design and voice anti noise adaptive filtering board schematics design, using mcu like stc processor, stm32 processor,microchip processor and fpga. 2, helicopters portable power supply's instrument voltage meter board(to read out power supply voltage values' readings) schematics design.
1，in intrument check department, mainly using CATIA and AutoCAD to do aircraft spare parts model shape check, I also did things in non-destructive and untouchable tests to aircraft spare parts, implementing CCD cameras and relevant machine learning, deep learning theories. 2，in manufacturing engineering department, I did things in digital precise manufacturing using industrial robotics, mainly controls using mcu and fpga, pld, cpld. 3, in research department, I did research in many areas, I did things about computational intelligence about smart intelligent aircombat algorithms implementations, I did things about on-board applications-specific-integrated microprocessor testing, test the processor's interfacing with peripherals, and modify the board design schematics according to the interfacing results. the processor is formly bought from USA alcatel-lucent inc., our team do the board(our team design for the processor) tests, later we do designs for the processor itself, the types of processors are about real-time transmission of videos. I did things for jiangxi yaokang company mainly in the project about mcu design to control guns in laser-based recognition gun systems in virtual reality.
I did research on internet of thing. utilizing jennic board to do background environmental variables check. expert in mfc GUI programming and interface from the computer to boards. I also do things in gnss parts. I also did work in analog and digital mix signal processing IC design, mainly signal input-output fan-out parts in mix signals IC, the product is called the micro gyroscope's header meter board, my major contribution in the product is to design sensor's sensing interface IC (a small mixed signal processing board).
