Working more than 4 years in an international perfumery company as engineer chemist in formulation in the R&D department I have been managing development project for luxury fine fragrances, ancillaries and toiletries. I am looking for new opportunities, rising to new challenges. • Project management of international developments for Coty luxury products (fine fragrances and ancillaries): define timeline, respect deadline, organisation of meeting across teams • Follow-up of the projects from the marketing brief to production • Monitoring formulas development in collaboration with technicians • Olfactive evaluation of the products and regular olfactive training
• Formula development of fine fragrances and ancillaries • Product development management and follow-up from marketing brief to production by validating all key requirements to launch products on the market: stability, compatibility, claims, safety & tolerance tests • Development of innovative formulas/textures
• In charge of projects to formulate new cosmetic products (from the conception to the production) : development, research of innovative/original products, following stability tests, scale-up trial, first production trial … • working at the interface with all other departments: marketing, packaging, regulatory affairs, scale-up and production such as sales and purchasing departments. • During the first year I was in charge of the alternative raw material department (test of alternative raw materials in current formulas) • in charge of the organization of supplier meetings
