Ph.D. student in Cancer Immunology at UCC Department of Surgery, Cork University Hospital. My research investigates the cytotoxic role of Vδ1 γδ T cells and their potential use as an Adoptive Cell Therapy for solid tumours. Graduate of B.A. in Biological and Biomedical Sciences at Trinity College Dublin, specialising in Molecular Medicine (2.1). I am an intelligent, adaptable scientist with an undying work ethic and intellectual curiosity. I am willing to go beyond the conventional in my approach to problem-solving in wet lab experiments and computational analysis. I am highly motivated and keenly interested in cancer immunology.

I was awarded a Summer internship at MSD Dunboyne through the Trinity College Employability Award - Pharma Pathway. The internship is for 11 weeks and was given the opportunity to work on the QC Biochemistry and Cell Biology team.
