During my time with Reiss i was responsible for carrying out all staff induction training, coaching and mentoring subsequent product and customer service training and putting in place personal development plans. Ensuring that the payroll process is adhered to and HR deadlines were met including managing holidays, store rotas and costings. Managing and driving all KPIs Visual merchandising standards always very high while working in outlet to reflect Flagship standards.
