I am a sixth-year Physics PhD candidate at USC studying Quantum Computing under Professor Daniel Lidar.
I was an intern in the USRA-NASA Quantum Artificial Intelligence Lab (QuAIL) under Drs. Zhihui Wang and Stuart Hadfield working on QAOA.
I work on the Full Stack Quantum Engineering team providing feedback to the design and fabrication teams. I implement new bringup and retuning procedures for chips in regular turnarounds.
I was a research student on the Cosmic Bell: Quantum Quasar Team, partnered with Jet Propulsion Laboratories, at Harvey Mudd College. We sought to perform a two-channel test of Bell's Inequalities using causally-separated photons from distant quasars to address the measurement basis communication loophole, improving the required time for hidden variable correlation by over 20 orders of magnitude. I researched optomechanical components for our apparatus, and I designed and machined its light-tight enclosure. The team observed quasars and performed tests at JPL's Table Mountain Facility using their 1 meter telescope.
I was a Software Development Intern on the Data Acquisition and Reporting Technology (DART) team within the Trading Solutions Enterprise Reporting department at Bloomberg. I developed a reporting appendix feature on the Bloomberg terminal and implemented my project full-stack. I unit tested all code with JUnit and Mockito and tested across all environments to production. I deployed code in bi-weekly rollouts and participated in bi-weekly Agile scrum meetings with the remainder of the team.
