About

Mission-Driven • Purpose Forward • People-Centered I’m driven by a simple belief: meaningful change happens when people feel seen, supported, and connected. I’m Amye Scavarda Perrin, and my work is grounded in mission, community, and the conviction that impact grows when we lead with intention. Throughout my career, I’ve focused on creating environments where people can thrive — whether that’s through building thoughtful programs, strengthening organizational alignment, or cultivating partnerships that advance truly human-centered outcomes. I approach every challenge with curiosity, empathy, and a commitment to doing the right thing even when it isn’t the easy thing. (This applies even more to my legal work!) I’m at my best when I’m helping teams build clarity from complexity and move toward goals that matter. I care deeply about equity, access, and designing systems that uplift people rather than overwhelm them. If you’re working to create purpose-driven impact — and believe in doing so with transparency, humility, and heart — I’d love to connect.
