My 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐒𝐢𝐱 𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐦𝐚 (𝐋𝐒𝐒) 𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐁𝐞𝐥𝐭 certification has enabled me to combine human capital development with process design & improvement. Attaining my PhD in Leadership for Innovation comes in handy to support transforming work, workplaces and workforce to the benefit of customers and employees. I was commended with the 𝐇𝐑 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 in 2008 by the Singapore Human Resource Institute for my contributions to the HR transformation at the Ministry of Manpower (MOM). In 2016, I led my present organisation, COE Pte Ltd, to achieve the Leading HR Consultancy Award.
