Attaining my PhD in Leadership for Innovation comes in handy to support transforming work, workplaces and workforce to the benefit of customers and employees. I was commended with the 𝐇𝐑 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 in 2008 by the Singapore Human Resource Institute for my contributions to the HR transformation at the Ministry of Manpower (MOM). In 2016, I led my present organisation, COE Pte Ltd, to achieve the Leading HR Consultancy Award. Oversee HR function. Key contributions: (i) introduced HR Business Partnership model; (ii) designed and implemented integrated talent management to support succession planning; (iii) coaching support for senior executives in their leadership transition; (iv) introduced Management Trainee Program to support leadership pipeline building; (v) streamlined HR processes to support HR transformation; (vi) developed and implemented core, leadership and functional competency frameworks for recruitment, performance management and training.
