Quality assurance for new product introduction in Asia Pacific & franchisee markets Eligibility assessment, shelf-life testing and compliance lab test Monitor production trial and mass production in OEM factories Product scope: chocolate, pastry, beverage, food-contact package and premium
Develop new beverage products including ideation, ingredient sourcing, benchtop prototype & sensory test in laboratory setup Scale up, conduct pilot plant and production trial in factory Provide R&D support such as alternate ingredient testing, new production line establishment and inferior product investigation Manage ingredient database Prepare ISO, SOP & HACCP documents and maintain GMP & GLP environment Product scope: soymilk and milk
