-Responsible for recruitment administration and all HR related functions -Assist to formulate & implement HR policies & procedures to achieve objectives -Identify area for improvement and initiate constructive changes in HR workflow -Compile various reports and analysis for management’s review -Participate in various HR projects as assigned
-Responsible for Import and Export regulation for Asian Pacific markets especially in high-tech and consumer products industries. -Work with all stakeholders to implement appropriate internal trade compliance processes and procedures to comply with all applicable import/export and customs regulations. -Work with different logistics service providers (LSPs) to ensure existing transport rate is competitive in the market and tender freight and logistics service to LSPs to support client requests and internal initiatives. -Assist in the trade compliance training materials within the region. Coordinate and maintain a central database of compliance-related data, licenses etc. -Keep abreast of new regulations and programs; and communicate to the business owners to take the appropriate actions or make decisions.
-Prepare repackaging specification based on client's requirements -Monitor and ensure timely delivery of materials for relabeling and redressing -Review, analyze and suggest improvements regarding quality, safety and standard operating procedures -Liaise with clients on operational issues, enquiries and requests; escalate issues to manager, if necessary -Coordinate contractors including selection of contractors, quotation negotiation, and KPI review, to ensure fulfillment of contractual service commitments
