I spent two years in Sydney, Australia, where I gained invaluable life and professional experience. I took on diverse temp roles that honed my skills in management, customer service and testing, working in industries like solar energy, construction, and tourism. This experience enhanced my adaptability, cultural awareness, and ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Worked on the digital transformation of a public sector account as a lead tester. Also worked on the digital transformation of a large legal firm migrating their mailbox data from On-Premise Exchange to Microsoft 365 Exchange Online. Both projects used Agile Methodology - Provided expertise in planning, constructing and execution of test scripts and plans to ensure quality and integrity of the system. - Worked on business analyst tasks such as writing user stories, taking minutes and documenting results from requirement gathering and workshops. Creating the presentations for upcoming client meetings and facilitating daily calls with the UAT team - Conducted extensive database testing, utilising both full and partial databases, and executed SQL queries to validate data accuracy and integrity - Performed API testing using tools such as Swagger, ensuring that APIs functioned correctly and integrated seamlessly with other systems - Worked with Microsoft Services such as Active Directory, Virtual Machines, Azure SQL, DevOPs, Test Plans, Azure Portal, Microsoft Exchange and Azure Migrate.
