Im a senior quality control analyst based in Dublin. I have 5 years of experience in quality control labs, and I am passionate about ensuring the highest standard in all aspects of my work. My career in quality control started with a degree tailored around a science based laboratory apprenticeship. This has afforded me the opportunity to understand various aspects of the pharmaceutical industry and an in-depth understanding of quality control processes as well as the ability to adapt to different environments. In my current role, I am responsible for overseeing the quality control testing, review, and approval of assays for batch release, documentation management, and RAAC review for quality control management. This includes conducting thorough inspection of testing results and document writing by implementing quality control procedures, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement. One of the things I love most about my job is the constant learning and problem-solving involved. I am always looking for ways to improve processes and deliver the best results. I am also a strong advocate for teamwork and collaboration, as I believe it leads to more effective and efficient outcomes. Aside from my technical skills, I am also known for my strong communication and leadership skills. I am a natural at building relationships and working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
