Over the past 30 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping build some of the world’s most recognised brands, including Nike, T2, Honda, Playstation, Grill’d and Jamie Oliver’s Ministry of Food. What I’ve learned is that the strongest brands don’t simply attract customers. They create belief. My work isn’t about marketing more products or driving more transactions. It’s about uncovering what an organisation truly stands for and connecting people to that belief in ways that are meaningful, enduring and commercially powerful. Because when people believe what you believe, they don’t just buy from you. They join you.
