I've been a hospitality professional for over 20 years working in restaurants, wineries, and private events. Making people feel comfortable, as well as having the knowledge to answer questions and educate when requested, are some of my best skills. In addition to working as a server, bartender, and floor manager in well-regarded restaurants, I have also spent considerable time studying wine regions, production, viticulture, and wine tourism. These opportunities have developed skills such as multi-tasking, time management, flexibility, and the ability to relate to all types of people in positive, as well as challenging situations.

I began as a server at Toro Bravo and over the next 10 years worked several positions in 3 different restaurants in the company. At Toro Bravo I worked as a server, bartender, and service manager. At Mediterranean Exploration Company I worked as a server and then at Plaza Del Toro I took on a private events role.
Worked the sales floor answering questions and selling wine to customers. I also taught wine education to employees as well as ran created wine and food pairing events for the public.
