I’m a senior lawyer and often "fractional General Counsel", working with high-growth Fintechs across payments, pensions, insurance and capital markets. I help founders and c-suite teams navigate the commercial and regulatory challenges that come with scaling a business. From drafting and negotiating contracts to managing complex deals and regulatory requirements, I make the legal side practical, clear and actionable - so high-growth organisations can focus on building their business. My sweet spots are outsourcing, cards and open banking, but I love tackling any complex problem where legal clarity can make a real difference. I’ve worked alongside regulators, helped shape commercial strategies, and guided teams through game-changing projects that drive growth and confidence. Beyond day-to-day legal work, I run workshops and create content that’s genuinely useful for scaling businesses, covering everything from financial promotions and open-source software in contracts, to entering the UK financial services market and VRPs. My goal is simple: provide hands-on, practical legal support that helps high-growth Fintechs move faster, stay compliant and achieve their ambitions. Education: - LLB (Hons) Degree – First Class Honours, The University of Liverpool. - Postgraduate Certificate in Legal Practice – Distinction, BPP Law School Manchester.
