• To manage, lead and develop the authority’s application strategy and development programme and oversee the rationalisation and transformation of NCC applications in line with the authority’s vision and strategic ambitions • To manage the NCC application support and development teams, providing the leadership, coaching and support to enable those teams to effectively drive, support and implement the range of change and transformation initiatives across the authority • To work collaboratively with senior colleagues across the authority and the wider Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care System programmes to resolve issues; progress development, transformation and business as usual across the system
