A. . Recruitment • Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant all positions. • Advising managers on best practice recruitment and selection • Preparing job descriptions and person specifications; • Developing and maintaining an effective personnel advertising program for the purpose of maintaining high visibility with potential labor markets. • Designing or revising application forms, including developing online processes; • Managing Employer Branding Activities such as Job Fair/ Recruitment Campaign/ Local Agencies, as well Recruitment Web Page • Preparing other recruitment material depending on the type of organization - for example, brochures and further particulars; • Developing creative recruitment solutions if the organization is experiencing difficulties in attracting the appropriate level and quality of staff; • Screening application forms and shortlisting applicants; • Devising, running and evaluating selection processes including interviews, psychometric tests, personality questionnaires and various group activities; • Running selection centres for graduate recruitment and more senior vacancies; B. Payroll • Assists HR Director in implementation of personnel issues such as promotion, transfer, performance, review, and termination. • Control C&B activities in term of payroll, labor contracts, policies and benefits, time sheets, internal & external labor reports etc • Executes monthly payroll and coordinates with Finance to ensure timely and accurately remittance for employees every month. • Be accountable for accurate and adequate payroll for the company employees • Ensure payroll are adequately and properly documented and file for internal and external audits C. Employee Relations • Disciplinary and Company Regulations • Turnover and Absenteeism Control • Employee Satisfaction Survey and Improvement Action Plan • Exit Interview: update to Head of Dept to make improvement action plan
A. HR-Recruitment: • Implement the company's recruitment; receive recruitment demand from departments and units; • Recruit, interview, select employee to fill vacant position in accordance with company’s operating procedure; • Build relationships with candidates regularly, ensure the necessary human resources; • Conduct the procedure for the new comer • Manage and efficient use of database sources candidates. • Implement internal recruitment procedures within the company; • Contact candidates, arrange interview, interview, and announce the results of interviews; • Headhunt from external resources (if any); • To update and implement HR policies, procedures and ensure compliance with legal laws and/or regulations B. Administration: • Take care and assist of all new expats when they join company; • Work with building’s management to solve all problems related to factory building. • Control administration management documents, Legal matters, investment license.. • Strictly comply with the requirements on time, categories, sufficient quantity of goods and services at the request of customers with the best possible cost. • Find suppliers, negotiate prices, negotiate sales contracts, negotiate terms of payment and delivery. • Purchasing components. • Other tasks assigned by Admin Supervisor.
