With over 9 years of experience in the aviation industry, I am a Manager at the International Air Transport Association (IATA), where I oversee customer service and training programs for airlines and travel agents. I have a Master of Arts degree in International Business, and I am fluent in English and Vietnamese. Some of my core competencies include employee training, communication, customer service, and project management. I am passionate about enhancing the quality and efficiency of the aviation sector, and I work with a diverse and collaborative team to achieve this mission. Coordinate with University partners on the evaluation criteria of students and ensure compliance of University’s requirement and student record policy. Pre-assessment of external transfer credit and transfer credit applicability toward degree.Verifies eligibility for graduation, process of certificate for internal programme for graduate students.Collaborate with administrators, deans, faculty and counselors to facilitate and improve services to students.
Liaise with advertising and creative agencies and vendors on all marketing collaterals projects including design and printing works.Assisting on the major marketing events of the companies (Open house, Career Fair, Road shows, etc.). Handling the relationship with existing Corporate Partners, expand to gain more Corporate Partners on marketing opportunities.
