• Owned the development and analytics of interactive reporting dashboards, reporting on Expedia Group’s real estate portfolio (Americas), financials, and facilities work orders metrics (client facing and internal facing). • Heavily involved in the launch of Expedia’s new Seattle Headquarters, administering and ensuring facilities software systems, vendors, and partners are prepared for go-live. Drove and tracked continuous process improvement initiatives to develop efficient reporting strategies including the automation and simplification of reporting processes. Prepared and analyzed various reports to help inform business decisions for internal and external stakeholders such as the bi-annual capital planning forecast, quarterly accruals, and project portfolio metrics. Identified and gathered business requirements to improve team tools and increase productivity. Participated in the negotiation of project rates with client and Sr. Leadership by analyzing prior year revenues and projected revenue to determine new rates and client cost savings. Organized and maintained process documentation and training materials on team SharePoint site, owning the methodology and governance of documentation archives.
Owned the development, launch, and management of Amazon Projects (project management tool) for the People Science organization which was successfully adopted as standard work to report on project risks, blockers, and updates to senior leaders (reported on 40+ projects.) Improved the product/project management process by automating organizational weekly business reviews, reducing the amount of manual work from the People Science team. Developed and implemented various scalable and cross-functional standard operating procedures. Lead and facilitated organizational wide weekly business review meetings, guiding discussions on product defects, projects risks, and upcoming milestones. Facilitated process map review discussions to continuously improve processes and reduce operational cost.
