I am a project manager and developer of eLearning and in-person seminar curriculum and content with SMEs (Subject matter experts) in the water industry. I have expertise in developing engaging content and assessments in Articulate Storyline and Powerpoint. I also manage the AWWA Veterans Workforce Initiative through volunteer management of national volunteer network that provides guidance for Veterans seeking work in the water industry. I developed a toolkit to help employers hire Veterans, created marketing materials and manage the communications strategy, and am a content manager for the AWWA Veterans page (awwa.org/veterans) and workforwater.org.
In this role, I was responsible for coordinating and facilitating volunteer development of educational and technical materials for professionals in the water industry. I developed and implemented a volunteer strategy for 2500+ specialized volunteers in North America. I also became the manager of AWWA Veteran Workforce Initiative to assist the hiring and professional development of Veterans in the water sector. Developed educational toolkits for employers looking to hire Veterans, implemented marketing strategy to reach Veterans and employers that included web design.
