Reporting to the Financial Controller FP&A
Responsible for a team of 12 Finance staff in the following functions; Insurance & Risk, Accounts Payable, Income, Rent Review & Setting and Cashbook.
Responsibilities include Management of 3 direct reports, overseeing the production of monthly management accounts, produce weekly forecasts for operating expenses, hold meetings with Operational Business Leads to discuss results, Support UK Commercial Financial Controller, Headcount variance analysis, budgeting, Ad-hoc projects.
