• Work with senior stakeholders and DExEU working group to deliver an ambitious agenda of making the Department more diverse and inclusive. • Coordinating and supporting a reverse mentoring scheme • Analysing D&I data across the Department to measure success and progress against the D&I strategy. • Working closely with the Recruitment team to support their work in improving diverse recruitment and making DExEU an employer of choice. • Supporting the development of Commercial Capability & Capacity • Embedding the career framework to support development and career pathways.
