I am an Adult Education Specialist and Hypnotherapy Teacher with almost 20 years’ collective experience delivering structured training programmes for adult learners in both online and face-to-face environments. My work focuses on supporting learner development through clear programme structure, guided practice, mentoring and outcome-based assessment. I have extensive experience working with adult learners in EFL and vocational training contexts, with a strong emphasis on engagement, confidence-building, and progression. Alongside my education work, I maintain a specialist private practice, Acting with Courage Hypnosis and Coaching.
