I was a medical receptionist for 16 years. The main areas I worked in were Pediatrics, Family Medicine and Podiatry. I have also worked in a few others. There is no aspect of the front office I was not familiar with and had often helped in. None except the billing & coding. Although I had helped in this area I decided I would go back to school & become certified.
