I have a lot of passion for my job position. I give my people a voice. A voice to be heard that builds relationships to be productive. I have helped change some of culture at my facility by doing this. Treating people the way I want to be treated. Learning that always talking is not always best, but when I listen more, progress happens. I am grateful to be working with a group of hard working individuals in production at my facility.
