Accounting: Perform any combination of calculations, posting, and verifying duties to obtain financial data to compile reports and maintaining accounting records which attribute to the annual reports. Organize allotments, disbursements, deductions from payroll, pay and expense vouchers, remittances paid and due, checks and claims with discretion and confidentiality. Compute and record interest charges, refunds, cost of lost or damaged goods, freight or express charges, rentals, and similar expenses. Type vouchers, invoices, account statements, payroll, periodic reports, and reconcile bank statements. Administrative Assistant: Compose daily correspondence on behalf of the administration. Provide direction and assist employees of policies and procedures to ensure high quality execution of the units operation. Orders, receives, and distributes inventory, supplies and equipment. Maintains proper use of office equipment including routine maintenance. Bookkeeping experience with Peachtree and QuickBooks Pro Programs. Skilled in short hand and word processing. Experience with Excel, power point, spreadsheet, Microsoft Word and outlook. Liaising with staff, external contacts and booking travel accommodations. Direct supervision of arranging and planning both in house and external events.
