I am an executive clinician with an entrepreneurial mind and 15 years of experience spanning bedside critical care to innovative MedTech. I thrive in fast paced environments, enjoy change, and am genuinely passionate about disrupting the status quo to make healthcare better. I am currently Vice President of Enterprise Business Development for Stellar Health, where I lead partnerships with health plans and risk-bearing providers to improve quality care by activating and engaging PCPs on the value based care journey. I've authored over 20 studies published in peer-reviewed medical journals or at scientific conferences, with a heavy focus on chronic disease management, patient safety, and quality improvement. My experience in clinical research combined with a strong sense of personal responsibility and work ethic enables me to effectively design and execute enterprise partnerships for long-term, mutual success. My focus areas include digital health, social determinants of health (SDOH), value-based care (VBC), population health, quality (HEDIS/STARS), and data analytics. If you know me personally, you know I love leisurely travel and am a self-proclaimed foodie. I learned the nobility of serving early in life with a number of great causes, but developed a true passion for pediatric cancer in college as a summer camp counselor for Smile A Mile. I currently serve on the Board of Directors of Children’s Cancer Partners of the Carolinas, a 501(c)(3) non-profit supporting families on the childhood cancer journey in 146 counties across the Carolinas.
