About

I am an experienced operations leader transitioning into Medical Billing and Coding, with a focus on team development and workflow optimization. Throughout my career in warehouse management and high-volume service environments, my strength has always been in building teams and training others to achieve high standards of accuracy. I thrive when I can take a complex process, organize it, and lead a group toward a common goal. After years of working in fast-paced operational roles, i recognized the signs of burnout and made the decision to prioritize my health and long-term career growth. Stepping back to focus on my education was an investment in myself that allowed me to return to the workforce with a clear vision: merging my leadership experience with the technical world of health information. I am currently completing my Medical Billing and Coding certification, mastering ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS Level 2 coding. I am looking for a role where I can utilize my background in management and staff training to ensure administrative excellence, HIPAA compliance, and a balanced, productive team environment.
