Over the past eight years, I’ve recruited across engineering, product, HR, finance, and leadership roles in SaaS and deep-tech companies. I’ve built hiring processes, interview structures, referral programs, onboarding flows, and analytics dashboards that support fast, reliable scaling. I work closely with founders and hiring managers to understand business goals and translate them into clear, consistent hiring plans. I enjoy roles where I can take ownership, create structure, and improve the way teams find and evaluate talent.
Currently on a family sabbatical after welcoming baby number two. Stepping away from the daily grind to be fully present with my kids, while staying connected to the TA community. Not actively hunting, but always happy to connect with forward-thinking teams and talent peers.
Specializing in scaling tech teams, I joined Lucidity in early 2022 as the founding HR to work on strategic hiring initiatives and drive growth. During my tenure, I have scaled hiring for the Engineering and Product teams and built the HR and Finance teams from scratch, while also recruiting for several critical first roles within the organization.
