About

Intersection of Tech, People and Innovation is where I thrive in. Intelligent Operations | Sustainable Fuels & Chemicals | Healthcare | Strategy With a strategic focus on sustainability, investment, and technology, my journey has been defined by driving impactful change at the intersection of energy, product strategy, and commercialization. At Shell, I led the techno-economic strategy for Methane Re-Conversion, evaluating potential product pathways from methane. This sharpened my expertise in product costing, commercialization, and investment decision-making, contributing to key strategic moves—including a $700M investment that aligned with the company’s Net-Zero ambitions. Spearheading the decarbonization strategy for core petrochemical processes, I led cross-functional teams to develop innovative pricing strategies that mitigated CO2 taxation risks, optimizing financial and sustainability outcomes. As a Future Energy Leader in Shell’s India Core Team, I actively shaped energy transition strategies to ensure operations aligned with the global shift toward a low-carbon future. Currently, I am an MBA candidate at Carnegie Mellon’s Tepper School of Business, pursuing the Technology Strategy & Product Management (TSPM) track. My leadership style is defined by: • Strategic, results-driven thinking, ensuring every initiative delivers measurable business and sustainability impact. • Inclusive leadership, fostering diverse, high-performing teams to solve complex challenges collaboratively. • Global adaptability, having led projects across India, the Netherlands, China, and Singapore. • Innovation mindset, leveraging technology, data, and operational insights to optimize processes and drive transformation. My Master’s research thesis focused on, “data-driven optimization in thermal systems for data and cloud storage centres”, deepening my expertise in data-driven decision-making and energy innovation. Beyond work, I am a passionate illustrator and artist, with my oil paintings featured in exhibitions. I thrive in dynamic, creative environments—whether it’s moderating panels with entrepreneurs, leading consulting projects, or bringing stories to life through art. I am always looking to connect, collaborate, and drive meaningful impact - so, let’s talk!
