I am a results-oriented Data-AI Delivery Lead at Thoughtworks, a global software consultancy. I specialise in delivering trustable data and AI solutions, drawing on over 20 years of experience across highly regulated financial services, public sector organisations, and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). At Thoughtworks, I strategically lead the Data & AI capabilities and practice across Asia. I am committed to guiding clients onto a meaningful data journey, ensuring a holistic partnership that delivers tangible business ROIs through data excellence. My deep expertise in program management is supported by top-tier certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, CSPO, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. I previously held senior advisory and delivery roles at global financial institutions (PwC Singapore, JP Morgan Chase, UBS AG), where I successfully led major transformations, automation, and regulatory programs. I hold a Master of IT in Business (Fintech and Analytics) from SMU (2022) and a Bachelor of Business Management (Finance and Marketing) from SMU (2006). As a country director of Women in Tech (SG Chapter), I want to build a more equitable future in the tech space for women to progress. Having said all above, I have found a new passion in coding and am beginning to learn some new cool stuff.
