• Responsible for improving the efficiency, effectiveness and commercial performance of Professional Services globally through implementation and roll out of corporate tools to support the business.
• Successful Implementation of Function to support the business management activities.
Head of the Central MIS (Management Information Services) Department for London Operations (which consisted of 10 product areas). Established the department, which was responsible for local, regional and global reporting and input to the Operations risk model. Daily, weekly and monthly reports were produced and requirements analysis and specification services were provided.
