Delivered Souq 7, one of KSA's largest open shopping centers, across 400K sqm GFA at SAR 800M. Managed mandates totaling SAR 33B+ at JLL including KAFD, Jeddah Bay, and KFUPM Aramco Business Park. 📈 Portfolio Strategy & Value Creation — Drove SAR 300M valuation uplift and negotiated a SAR 400M reduction in white land tax at BIHG (SAR 45B portfolio). Delivered SAR 92M capital gain, 20% rental income growth, and 10% OpEx reduction at Al Murjan. 🏢 Corporate Transformation & Growth — Built JLL's Development Management department end-to-end and established pre-concept Architectural & Master Planning services with global JLL hubs. Architected Al Murjan's full corporate transformation: vision, structure, governance, P&P, and performance management. 🤖 AI & Digital Transformation — Currently completing MIT Professional Education's Digital Transformation Program (90% complete, finishing mid-2026). Actively integrating AI into JLL's pre-development workflows through the Falcon AI platform, with a focus on the Integrated Project Planning Orchestrator — targeting 30–40% timeline reduction and 6–10% soft cost savings across market research, financial advisory, and design. 🎯 2025 Recognition: Ranked #1 in EMEA for client satisfaction at JLL KSA.
