I’m a product, design, and transformation executive with more than 20 years of experience turning emerging technology into measurable business value. I’ve led multimillion-dollar engagements, built and directed cross-functional teams across product, engineering, design, and research, and helped leadership teams make sharper decisions about what to build, where to invest, and how to translate new capability into scalable products, systems, and operating improvement. Today I lead Apollo 21, an innovation and product design studio that helps organizations turn innovation into a growth lever by translating emerging technologies into practical systems, workflows, and products that improve business performance. My work spans AI-enabled workflow redesign, operating-model change, zero-to-one product development, and executive cross-functional leadership, including assembling and leading engineering, design, and research teams of 30+ people. Across Apollo 21, SEER, Tagasauris, and earlier product and design leadership roles, I’ve worked across AI-enabled workflow design, media and creator technology, search and discovery, analytics, commercialization, and digital product strategy. I’m especially drawn to challenges where the goal is not just inventing something new, but making it real: aligning teams, shaping the product, building the system, and creating durable business impact.

As Founder and CEO, I lead work spanning AI-enabled workflow redesign, operating-model improvement, zero-to-one product development, and cross-functional team leadership. Selected engagements include a remote security workflow platform that reduced response times from 12 to 2 seconds, an internal operations platform for a financial-services client that cut message volume by 91%, and Teton Ridge+, a streaming product that reached 50K users in four months with 14-minute average session times. I’ve also led multimillion-dollar engagements and built teams across product, engineering, design, and research, scaling from 5 core FTEs to 30+ contributors.
I created Innovate, Disrupt, or Die as a research and thought-leadership platform focused on how organizations turn innovation, AI, and emerging technology into practical systems, new products, and repeatable growth. Through articles, interviews, and original frameworks, the platform translates hands-on operating experience into actionable guidance for executives, operators, and builders. The work centers on the real mechanics of innovation: identifying opportunity, pressure-testing ideas, operationalizing AI, and building the structures needed to move from ambition to execution.
Founded GX Basecamp as a direct-to-consumer product venture serving the overlanding and 4x4 vehicle community. Designed and launched a modular system of DIY fabrication manuals, custom brackets, and gear for overland and adventure vehicles, enabling customers to build their own sleep systems, storage platforms, and off-road upgrades. Built and managed the full-stack business: product development, digital storefront, customer service, fabrication partnerships, and community engagement. GX Basecamp continues to serve thousands of customers across North America with a growing library of vehicle-specific build systems.
The Boulevard team is building the first end-to-end platform for managing self-care businesses. The platform started as an idea for a modern appointment scheduling solution for salons and spas has evolved into an innovative client experience platform, complete with seamless scheduling, intuitive business management, automated email marketing, and reliable payment processing – all in one convenient place.

SEER built an intelligent video management and distribution platform that helped enterprises organize, analyze, monetize, and deliver video content at scale. As a founding team member and Chief Product Officer, I led product strategy, roadmap, and cross-functional execution across product, design, and development, translating complex technical capabilities into scalable, user-centered systems. My work spanned metadata enrichment, search and discovery, analytics, monetization, and distribution, including a “Netflix-in-a-box” front end for AVOD, SVOD, and TVOD experiences. I partnered closely with leadership, engineering, and design teams to define the product vision, shape the roadmap, and carry strategy through execution as the platform evolved.
