● Assist customers with understanding construction processes, timelines, and any other relevant information. ● Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries from customers regarding construction projects, services, and timelines. ● Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction. ● Coordinate with construction teams to provide customers with accurate updates on project status and timelines. ● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. ● Estimate the cost of materials, labor, and equipment for construction projects from contract bids, quotations, drawings and specifications. ● Analyzing data that can affect costs (such as currency exchange rates and the company’s productivity rates).
