• Division Time keeper, Creating Employees vacations, leaves, overtime through SAP System (PR-H Human Recourses) as Initiator • Using SAP System (PRC Finance and Logistics) as Initiator for editing purchasing requests, Vehicle and U-drives • Familiar in using B2B system for requesting Materials and supplies from different vendors • Using the e-forms to do expense reports, payment authorizations etc. • Making needed arrangements for consultants visits such as Visa requests, Flights & Taxi booking and ID requests • Creating & regularly updating important documents such as Div • Vacation plan, Rosters, Charts, Courses attendees list, also typing letters & Gate Passes • Request and maintaining and update SAP system.
