Recruitment Leader - Global Talent Acquisition Center - Currently leading a team of 17 members spread across various Global Talent Acquisition processes within the HR Shared Services Model (HRSS). - Heavily involved in recruiting & sourcing support for various SBUs & Geos. - Managing resource allocation and utilization as per the need. I was hired to kick start the full life cycle Recruitment process within the HRO (Human Resource Outsourcing) service line to support the US staffing/Recruiting needs.
