With over three decades of experience in enterprise software and cloud technology, I am thrilled to serve as President, Chief Product Officer, and Chief Operating Officer at ServiceNow. Here, my focus is on advancing our platform’s capabilities and leading our product, engineering, experience, operations, security and Now on Now teams of 15,000+ ServiceNow employees to deliver innovative, scalable solutions using AI that solve real business challenges while optimizing ServiceNow's business operations to continuous scale. Throughout my career, I’ve combined technical depth with business acumen to drive large-scale innovations and customer-focused solutions in cloud, AI, data management, and enterprise applications. Previously, I was VP and GM of Platform at Google Cloud where I was part of the leadership team that grew the company into the fourth largest enterprise software company in the world, increasing annualized revenue by more than 5x while improving operating margins by more than 70 percentage points. Prior to that, I spent over 24-years at Oracle, leading product development for cloud infrastructure, data management, business analytics, Java, and middleware solutions.
