Managed the Granite team & Data Platform team within Growth Platforms in the past • Incentives Platform Team is responsible for building infrastructure to support personalized incentive targeting at scale. • Rider Growth team(Product) responsible for rider activation, early habituation and incentive programs for riders. • Work closely with cross functional leaders to set a vision for the teams and translate it into engineering goals.
Growth Engineering, Managed - Rider Incentives teams and Incentives Platform Team • Scaled up the team and focused on driving adoption of the Incentives platform across different businesses within Lyft. • Worked closely with customer teams and cross functional partners in prioritizing projects and infrastructure to maximize ROI. • Were successfully able to onboard majority of the existing incentive programs on the platform along with encouraging additional experimentation in new areas.
Growth Engineering, Managed Rider Early Lifecycle Team • Managed and lead a small team(2 pods) of engineers within the Rider Early Lifecycle - Product & Incentives domain. • Responsible for driving incremental efficiency improvements on activations for riders through the personalized incentive programs. • Boot strapped new use cases and partnered cross functionally to setup a roadmap and deliver on projects • Worked on improving the top line for the business through organic products focused on experience, use cases and habituation.
• Architected and built new features, provided supporting infrastructure for InGuest(Product) • Worked to scale InGuest by identifying current and potential bottlenecks based on roadmap requirements and developed optimal longer term solutions • Worked towards decomposing the app and services into smaller bundles and micro services • Took on few devOps task like migrating MySQL cluster, setting up gerrit and jenkins, debugging and upgrading machines, writing recipes in chef, containerization of environments • Maintained high coding standards by providing tools for code coverage, unit and e2e testing, gerrit code reviews and integrated these into automated jobs in Jenkins for each commit

• Worked in the Ads Team on the companies native advertising platform called Paid Discovery • Completed two iterations of redesigning, upgrading and optimizing the PD platform. This included porting and tweaking the current infrastructure and design to be able to support PDs requirements and features • In an effort to optimize revenue, worked on building data population modules for a new adserver and built an audience estimation tool to improve targeting • Feature development includes Invoice Account Management, csv report exports, dashboard graphs, Transaction history, two click campaign creation • Along with development the other responsibilities included dashboard data consistency, discrepancy resolution and administrative and billing tools building
