Today, I work on the product side - focusing on how AI, customer insight, and data come together to drive better product decisions and measurable growth. I spent 12 years building and leading the customer organization at a fully remote SaaS company - from first support hire to Chief Customer Officer. That means I've seen what actually breaks at scale. Not in theory. In production, with real users, real teams, and real pressure. My work sits at the intersection of three things: Product — translating user signals into roadmap decisions that actually matter. Operations — building systems that scale without losing the human context that makes them work. AI - deploying it where it reduces friction, not where it just looks impressive. I led the rollout of AI-assisted workflows across support, triage, and self-service — and I learned that the hardest part isn't the technology. It's knowing what to automate and what to protect. I've managed global teams across 6 continents. I've hired, developed, and trusted people who went on to lead teams themselves. That's the work I'm most proud of.
