I work at the intersection of enterprise complexity, traditional technology and practical AI, helping large organizations move from ambition to execution. At Capgemini, I lead AI adoption and digital transformation for major telecom and public sector clients across North America, including large-scale IT modernization, M&A platform consolidation, and next-generation connectivity launches. My work spans Data and AI strategy, Technical Program Management, Cloud, and Custom Application delivery, always with one goal: making transformation actually land, not just get presented. In May 2026, I completed the Master of Management in Artificial Intelligence at Smith School of Business, Queen's University, with focus on deep learning, reinforcement learning, NLP, and leading organizational change with AI. Outside of Capgemini, I co-founded ResultantLabs, where we build domain-specific AI products from first principles alongside industry experts. Our flagship is kapliq, AI-powered CMHC loan origination for Canadian lenders and brokers We build for regulated, high-stakes environments where demo-ware does not survive contact with the real world. I represent Canada on the Council of Business and Society for Sustainability, contribute to AI ethical frameworks, working with enterprises navigating the transition away from legacy products. My career started selling wireless devices at a mall. It is where I learned that the best technology in the room means nothing if the person across from you does not trust it yet. That instinct has never left. It shapes how I consult, how I build, and why I care most about technology that works for the organizations and people who need it most.
ResultantLabs is a creative engineering start-up building explainable AI for industries where accountability isn't optional. When we co-founded ResultantLabs, Abhishek and I started from a simple conviction that most AI is easy to build but hard to defend. At ResultantLabs we build AI products for the SMB and mid-market from first principles, alongside domain experts who bring the industry depth we pair with the engineering. Our flagship is kapliq (kapliq.com), AI-powered loan origination application platform for Canadian lenders, built with industry leaders who have lived the problem for decades. My focus at ResultantLabs is Product, Strategy and Ops: what we build, how the stack is structured, where the guardrails live, and how we build value the market demands.
