Over the past 20+ years, I've been fortunate to work at the intersection of business / marketing analytics, AI / ML product, and data strategy—helping Fortune 500 companies, healthcare and national consumer brands and startups use data to make better decisions and create measurable business impact. My career has evolved from building predictive models and marketing measurement frameworks to leading enterprise data analytics programs, designing data strategies, and most recently, helping organizations adopt AI responsibly. I've built high-performing data science teams, modernized measurement and analytics capabilities, and partnered with executives to solve complex business challenges across customer acquisition, CRM, marketing measurement, product development, experimentation, attribution, and commercial analytics. Today, my work is increasingly focused on the next evolution of this field: applying generative AI and agentic AI to transform how organizations operate. I believe AI's greatest opportunity is not simply automating tasks, but enabling better decision-making through trusted data, strong governance, and integrated measurement across marketing, product, customer experience, and commercial functions. My educational background spans operations research, statistics, engineering, business, and marketing, complemented by continuous learning in AI , leadership and product innovation. I'm particularly interested in the convergence of marketing analytics, AI, customer intelligence, product management, and enterprise transformation. Directed CRM and omnichannel marketing analytics, establishing KPI frameworks, campaign measurement, audience performance reporting, and operational excellence dashboards adopted across the organization to drive data-informed marketing decisions. Led and facilitated cross-functional measurement workshops with marketing, IT, analytics leadership, and vendor partners to align measurement strategy, data governance, and execution.

Led client discovery workshops to identify business opportunities, define analytics & measurement use cases, and align business stakeholders on priorities. Led data and analytics solutions for Dentsu X across retail, healthcare and CPG clients — rebuilding and scaling a 30+ member data science and analytics team during a period of significant organizational change. Delivered advanced marketing measurement solutions including MMM, attribution modeling, incrementality frameworks, and audience segmentation for Fortune 500 & enterprise clients. Served as co-lead of the Dentsu Merkle Mental Health & Wellness Business Resource Group, supporting 200+ members organization-wide.
RxThat was a digital health startup focused on making prescription medications more affordable and accessible through data-driven pharmacy optimization and transparent pricing. As Head of Data, I established the company's data foundation by building scalable data architecture on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), analytics and dashboarding capabilities, and performance measurement frameworks to support product, operations, and business growth. I partnered with the CEO and clinical leadership to define data strategy, develop pricing and pharmacy optimization models, and establish the key performance metrics that guided product and business decisions.
