Was taking care of end to end HR Operations
Significant experience in driving overall HR practices on recruitment techniques, H R operations,cost effective training & development, competency mapping, performance management, etc. Hands-on experience in formulating & implementing innovative HR systems and policies, conducting training programs towards enhancing employee productivity and building committed teams Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements. Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas and conducting selection interviews. Proved pivotal in spearheading the gamut of HR activities spanning recruitment, induction, employee engagement, employee relations & counselling, employee retention and motivation, performance management, statutory compliances and managing HRMS. Looked after the HR activities for all the divisions in Bangalore, Chennai, Tirupur, Mumbai with employee strength of over 250 staff. Plated a vital role in rendering HR support for some of the divisions in Sri Lanka & Bangladesh. Handled the entire recruitment process for Merchandising,Quality,Technical,Logistics & some other divisions & majorly for brands like Tommy Hilfiger,Kohl’s,Walmart(DSG),Mexx,Visage,Timberland etc . Reduced the recruitment cost every year & saved more than 90% of the cost. Actively functioned with Hong Kong office for meeting all the hiring needs.
