    • Accountabilities: Managing Shell fleet of Vessels (Time Charters) & Spot charter vessels from pre-fixture clearances, Bunker intakes, agency appointments, Post fixture & Demurrage claims. Prepare TC / Spot vessels position in the region, update on daily basis to chartering team for new voyage fixtures. Ensuring optimum cargo stowage, efficient tank cleaning operation, safe loading & discharging operations and bunker optimization are being achieved on every single voyage basis.
