In my current position, I am responsible for managing a team that designs Telephony and Contact Center products for internal production use within Goldman Sachs. My main area of engineering is currently in IPCC Enterprise with CVP deployments and responsibilities include testing and certifications of new features, working with Cisco on a regular basis, product uplift, and lifecycle management. During my stint with the implementation and projects team, I have managed several voice projects and execution functions under the larger Technology Service Organization. I have worked closely with global Solutions and Engineering teams in the lifecycle management of existing products and onboarding new projects related to voice technology. I have diligently taken part in the successful rollout of these projects and provide escalation support as and when business demands.

During my stint with Dimension Data as a senior networking engineer, I was responsible for the successful implementation of several contact center projects for our enterprise customers. Some of our key customers were AXA Technologies, Tata Consultancy Services, Keane, and CTS. The project involved participation in design discussions, stakeholder meetings, cost, and budget analysis, risk analysis and risk mitigation, I was directly involved in the Implementation of IP Telephony Infrastructure for some of our enterprise customers such as AXA technologies, Caritor, AirBus, TCS, and Thomson. Projects included lifecycle upgrade projects, bug fix, and dot software upgrades among others. Several of these projects were performed onsite and others were remote assisted projects. Along with Cisco's partnership, we had successfully setup CPOC at Cisco Lab in Bangalore for IGX to MGX Migration for EXL Services, Noida, and Cisco Lab (Wipro Technologies) for IGX switches software and firmware Upgradation in GENPACT network. With support from Cisco remote assistance team, we had successfully setup CPOC at TCS Think Campus for Cisco IP Telephony with Avaya S8700 and Avaya H.323 gateway. I was in charge of conducting several training programmes for Cisco vendors on IP Contact Center and IP Telephony. As an IPT and Enterprise IPCC trainer, I have conducted trainings at Cisco premises during my tenure at Datacraft as a senior networking engineer. I have directly managed and mentored our inhouse Cisco experts both in technical as well as soft skills.
