As the CTO and co-founder of OneInbox.ai, I lead the development and product management of an innovative Voice AI solution. OneInbox.ai empowers humanized, latency-free communication with prospects and customers, regardless of accent. Our no-code SaaS platform leverages scalable Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech models, along with advanced LLMs, to automate personalized sales interactions, follow-up calls, and customer support, transforming the way businesses engage with their audiences. He has over eight years of experience in building startups, during which he founded and co-founded four product companies. His most recent venture was as the co-founder of EffCode Technologies, a company that provided conversational automation solutions for consumer platforms like WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram, catering to domains such as hyperlocal, D2C brands, and restaurants. Before that, he co-founded Wareport, a startup that offered a flexible warehousing and on-demand inventory management system for small and medium businesses. I hold a Master of Computer Applications degree in Computer Science from MIT School of Management, where I acquired strong technical skills and knowledge in software engineering, AI, and web development. I am also a graduate of the Founder Institute, a global accelerator program that trains aspiring entrepreneurs in launching and scaling their ventures. I am passionate about creating innovative and impactful products that solve real-world problems and disrupt the status quo. I founded EffCode Technologies with the mission to create a 'company with difference'—developing products using cutting-edge technologies, delivering the highest customer satisfaction, and solving real-world problems efficiently and with great value. Starting with just three interns, I expanded our team to 30 employees before the pandemic, guiding the company through a journey akin to a rollercoaster ride. As a hands-on leader, I embraced multiple roles—from maintaining office hygiene to defining the strategic product positioning. My responsibilities encompassed team building, hiring the right talent, fostering partnerships and collaborations, and architecting products. I played a crucial role in client communications, pre-sales, sales, customer support, and managing finances, as well as forming strategic alliances. During my time at EffCode, we developed three products: eduKnox: A SaaS offering for colleges to communicate & collaborate well. Slack for Classrooms. Appfied: A platform showcasing app collections. A Playstore with social tweak. Sobot: Quick commerce solution over WhatsApp chatbots. Our proficiency in product development allowed us to secure projects in web and mobile application development, blockchain, and computer vision. Additionally, I collaborated with many startups from community, such as Traffic Sahayak—a mobile app rewarding citizens for reporting traffic violations, Truso—a social network for serious content consumers, and Sporcial—a network connecting sports enthusiasts. eduKnox introduced me to the SaaS early in my career. This experience was pivotal in shaping my subsequent 7 years in technology, during which I evolved into a SaaS leader, adept at navigating and innovating within the SaaS landscape, mastering various platforms, tools, and integrations. This role offered me invaluable insights into the dynamics of starting, scaling, and making a significant impact through a startup, enriching both my personal and professional growth.
During my tenure as Co-founder and CTO at Wareport, a pioneering logistics company, we introduced flexible and on-demand warehousing to the market, disrupting traditional warehousing practices. I led the technology strategy from the ground up, focusing on assembling a talented team and forming strategic partnerships with leading tech companies. I crafted the product roadmap, aligning it closely with our near-term business objectives and spearheaded collaborations with vendors to negotiate favorable rates and offerings. My role also involved engaging with customers to deeply understand their needs and navigating the PropTech landscape by exploring relevant incubators and accelerators. Under my leadership, Wareport achieved significant recognition, winning the Maharashtra State Innovation Society's Startup Week 2020 in the SmartInfra category. Additionally, our innovative approach was recognized on a global scale when we reached the final stage of interviews at Y Combinator in 2019, where we were interviewed twice on same night. In a dynamic B2B supply chain sector, I ensured that our technology and product offerings were not only robust but also at the forefront of cutting-edge innovations, enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Mumsmile was designed to provide pregnant women with a platform to discover events, sessions, and workshops, organized both by Mumsmile and independent event companies. The core mission was to enrich the pregnancy experience, ensuring mothers have access to the resources needed for a healthy delivery without complications. Additionally, Mumsmile featured a network of gynecologists and consultants, making it easy for users to contact healthcare professionals and schedule appointments. Women could track routine visits, invite their gynecologists to the platform, and receive reminders about upcoming appointments. The platform also assisted mothers in booking operation theaters for first-class delivery treatment, enhancing their childbirth experience. To further support the pregnancy journey, a separate app was provided to their husbands, allowing them to be an integral part of the experience and celebrate parenthood together. Additional gamified features included logging water intake, tracking step count, monitoring both maternal and baby's weight, a BMI calculator, and recording baby kicks. In my role as a Tech Consultant, I dedicated my expertise to architecting this innovative product, selecting optimal tech stacks, and overseeing the deployments. My responsibilities included recommending the most effective use cases and managing the product backlog to align with strategic business goals. I was pivotal in ensuring that the development teams maintained high standards of quality and productivity. By providing guidance and oversight, I helped streamline development processes and enhance output, effectively leading product from conception through to successful implementation. My approach combined technical acumen with a strategic perspective, ensuring that all technical solutions not only met immediate requirements but also supported long-term business objectives.
