About

I build solutions at the intersection of finance and technology - and then I make them work at scale. Over 20 years, I've led finance transformation programs, built proprietary enterprise products, and deployed AI-powered automation across nearly 30 global implementations for Fortune 500 clients. Not pilots. Production. My domain is the full finance ecosystem - C2C, S2P/AP, Record-to-Report, FP&A, and Treasury. What sets me apart: I've been on both sides. I've designed and coded enterprise applications, built Genpact's proprietary product suites (CORA, ProFlowSM, ProFlowHC), and led implementations of HighRadius, FICO Titanium, Salesforce, and ServiceNow - integrated across SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion, Workday, NetSuite, and JD Edwards, and connected to CRM, middleware, billing systems, e-invoicing infrastructure (Peppol, CFDI, NF-e), and customer and supplier portals. I understand ERP architecture at the level of posting logic, data models, and integration points. I'm not just an implementer - I'm the person who makes all the pieces work together. AI doesn't fail because of the algorithm. It fails because the data and operating model weren't ready. That's the problem I solve. I modernize finance data - cleansing, structuring, and governing it for AI consumption - and I redesign operating models so teams can actually adopt and sustain AI tools in production. Not just technically, but organizationally. On AI deployment: Dunning intelligence, remittance NLP, cash application AI at 85–95% straight-through processing, collections ML, automated dispute creation, promisory note creation, and variance summary - live, in regulated production environments. At scale: 21+ simultaneous implementations, 2,000+ users, IT operations across 36 live applications. GBS and offshore delivery organizations stood up across India, Eastern Europe, USA, and Canada. Programs delivered across NA, LATAM, APAC, and EMEA simultaneously. AWS Certified Solutions Architect. I write about what I learn in two newsletters: Autonomous Finance (AI in receivables and the future of finance automation) and The Digichanic's House (digital transformation and emerging tech in enterprise finance). And beyond the work - I care deeply about social entrepreneurship and how innovation can create meaningful impact for communities, not just companies.
