At Accenture Strategy, I support global and regional clients across technology, SaaS, mining, energy, financial services, telecom & life sciences - helping leadership teams define future-state processes, redesign employee & manager experiences, shape HR tech roadmaps, build adoption plans & translate ambiguity into practical execution. Before consulting, I led HR, Rewards &OD work across complex line environments, including HR Head for a life sciences platform, expatriate CoE lead for Cipla Africa, and Global Organisation Development & Governance lead for Cipla. This included building HR functions, designing talent and capability frameworks, leading SuccessFactors implementation, setting up OD, rewards & HR analytics verticals, restructuring global functions, & delivering job evaluation and banding work across a 26,000-employee organisation. One of my key differentiators is that my AI fluency is practical, not theoretical. Alongside my consulting work, I build AI-enabled products and experiences, including WorkReads on iOS and Android, Famvengers.com and GuruBro. This has given me hands-on experience with prompt design, content architecture, recommendation logic, structured outputs, AI-assisted user journeys, evaluation loops and rapid v1 shipping. Expatriate assignment for South Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa and Cipla Global Access, setting up Rewards, OD, HR Systems and Analytics verticals while leading business partnering for Corporate functions. - Set up and led Rewards, Organization Development, HR Technology, Talent and HR Analytics functions for Africa. Led global organization design, governance, job evaluation, talent management and HR transformation initiatives across Cipla. Conceptualized and implemented Cipla’s global grading and banding framework for 26,000 employees. Led job evaluation and role architecture work across Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, HR and Finance, supported by a team of management trainees. Facilitated job analysis workshops across plants and corporate offices to support 500+ job descriptions. Facilitated Hay Job Analysis and Job Evaluation training for HR and business stakeholders. Designed and governed HR decision-making forums including HRLT, HR Forum and HR Townhalls.
