I am having overall exposure on Telecom industries and continuously serving telecom technologies (2G, 3G and 4G). I am having Protocol wise exposure on SS7, SIGTRAN, Diameter and SIP. I am familier with telecom tools like PIC, Wireshark, PTMF, Huawei LMT, OCOM, SIGOS, U2020 and Smart Care. I am having exposure on multiple vendor products like Siemens STP, Tekelec STP, Huawei IMS (SBC, CSCF, ATS, ENUM, SPG and MGCF), Ericsson MSC/MGW, Nokia NT HLR, Mobileum RSP and Arga solution SIGOS. Team handling and taking care of BO Core operation.
L2 TAC IMS support, Project planning and Execution, BO support, NOC Operations, Troubleshooting, Nokia SBC upgrades ( VMMHI and Application Upgrades), Nokia BGW upgrades, tshark installation in Nokia SBC nodes, Infosec user keyless login implementation. Pre-checks or Health Checks of Nokia IMS nodes, Backup, Executing Upgrades, Users restoration, Post workarounds, iLO checks, Ensuring no alarm/Error on iLO, Host and O&M. All tasks related to Nokia IMS nodes upgrade.
Taking care of L2 TAC support, Providing MOP's and solutions to Bharti, VIL, BSNL and Tata teleservices, Handling received SR's within timeline, Troubleshooting received cases based on CS/IMS or VoLTE, Supported STC bahrain onsite for MS operations, Supported Egypt GNOC onsite for providing training to new joiner, Taking care of configuration management, Health checkup of CS/IMS operations, KPI checks, Backup of all NEs, Performing mentor role for new Joiner's, Learning 5G technology and telco cloud, Basic knowledge of AMF, SMF, UPF, PCF, UDM, Network slicing, SA network and NSA network.
-Taking care of all operations of Huawei Products (SPG, CSCF-SE2900, ATS, MGCF, HSS, DRA and STP), Ericsson MSC/MGW, Oracle STP, Huawei applications (U2000, U2020, SmartCare) and Oracle PIC. -Creating / Executing Change requests. -Working on daily O&M incidents. -Preparing MOP, Creating DT and executing in approved time window.
