As Integration Manager: • Manage projects to facilitate the implementation and post-implementation requests for SAP. • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget. • Analyze and document client’s business requirements and processes; construct project plans and scope documents to communicate requirements. • Ensure resource availability and allocation, scheduling appropriate technical resources as per the requirement to fulfill customer requirements. • Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation within the project plans to monitor and track progress.
As Senior Functional Consultant • Designing functional specification relating to form, reports, interfaces, enhancements; engaged in Unit Testing / System Integration testing for MM configuration • Imparting support and resolving issues raised during User Acceptance Test; maintaining configuration documents and providing go live support • Engaged in baseline configuration; preparing requirement gathering workshop (GAP analysis). • Maintaining configuration documents in Solman; working as a team member to support MM related issues. • Managing various incidents relating to MM area for day-to-day operations. • Problem Manager Responsibilities to identify the recurring issues & get them resolved via a CR. This added to additional revenue to engagement. • Guiding and mentoring to other team members to understand incident and resolve with customer satisfaction. • Preparing documents for the enhancement giving the technical impact and detailed understanding of the development to the client.
