Job Responsibilities & Achievements Role and responsibilities in present Organization : • Handle first point escalation for all technical and process issues • Plan and schedule Changes, Coordinating with different stakeholders. • Perform Trend analysis, identify the top few incidents and work with respective teams/individuals to minimize the incidents, Hardware troubleshooting & Vendor coordination. Prepare weekly and monthly status reports and discussed with the Client. • Participate in business meetings with various stakeholders on a need basis. Take corrective actions based on the customer satisfaction surveys. • Training of new team members. Able to work on Knowledge acquisition and updates to related documents.
**Role and Responsibilities:** - Provisioning Azure resources such as Virtual Machines (VM), Virtual Networks (VNet), Network Security Groups (NSG), Public IPs, and Key Vaults using Terraform. - Utilizing Terraform for managing modules, workspaces, remote backends (Azure Storage), and state locking. - Administering Azure repositories for the development team while providing guidance on branch strategies. - Supporting the development team with a solid understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices. - Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for the development teams, addressing deployment and monitoring issues on Azure DevOps. - Reviewing and optimizing existing build and release pipelines. - Configuring and commissioning networking and security equipment, while participating in cloud operations activities such as network migration, design changes, infrastructure updates, and firmware updates. - Setting up Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), including role-based access control (RBAC) and network policies. - Ensuring container security through image scanning, pod security standards, and secrets management. - Managing technical network, security, and cloud operations support issues via incident and change management processes. - Performing upgrades on BIG-IP (F5 LTM) devices, installing hotfixes, and managing backups, recovery, and configurations through Big IQ Management. - Collaborating closely with the DevOps team to automate network components, streamlining operations by implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using Terraform. - Skilled in automating network deployments using Python, Terraform, and YAML, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
